Levia is a private AI journal and mood tracker for iPhone — made in Switzerland by a small team that believes a diary should keep your secrets, not collect them.

Why Levia exists

Journaling is one of the best-studied habits in psychology: it steadies moods, sharpens self-awareness, and even helps people fall asleep. But the diaries on our phones grew into feeds and clouds, and the ones with AI usually read your most private words on someone else's server.

Levia was built to close that gap: a journal that listens and asks the right questions — with AI that runs on your iPhone, entries that can be sealed by hardware, and no account to leak. Reflection should feel like a quiet room, not a product surface.

The principles we build by

• Local first. Your journal lives on your device. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, even the AI runs entirely on-device — your words never leave your hands.
• Consent before cleverness. Cloud AI exists only as an explicit, off-by-default choice — zero retention, never used for training, never linked to an identity.
• Nothing watching. No accounts, no ads, no analytics SDKs, no trackers in the app. There is nothing to sell because nothing is collected.
• Honest craft. Real security (Secure Enclave, AES-GCM, PBKDF2 at 600,000 iterations), real studies behind the science claims, and pricing with no hidden strings.

Who builds Levia

Levia is designed and built end-to-end by a small team at Aleana AG in Switzerland — the iOS app, the on-device AI integration, and this website. The same people read the support inbox: if you write to Levia, you're writing to the people who make it.
